About the Role
The SLPA will collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality speech and language support services to students across grade levels. This role is ideal for a motivated, compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Implement individualized communication and language goals from IEPs.

Record and track student progress with accuracy and professionalism.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Qualifications

Active or eligible California SLPA license.

Associate or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
